There has been a marked increase of boutique Australian beer producers in the past few years. No longer is the savvy beer drinker content with the standard VB or XXXX, they are turning to these artisan producers for brews with personality. Below are three great examples.

Moscato is an Italian white grape variety that is made into delectably light, slightly fizzy with plenty of grapey fruit sweetness. In Australia it has often just been very sweet, low priced wines that are pretty average but there has been a turn in recent times to Australian producers taking the style seriously. These slightly sweet wines work wonders with desserts, but are also refreshing on a summer’s day.
