Bruno Loubet has recently returned to London after spending 8 years in Australia where he owned Bruno's Tables in Brisbane, worked at Berardo's in Noosa and Baguette in Brisbane and also had a regular food column in Brisbane News. Bruno was born in Bordeaux in South-West France. He has worked with Raymond Blanc and many famous contemporaries. Bruno has received many industry awards and accolades. Bruno has a gorgeous wife Catherine and three daughters.
